Reassessment

Required if you have not been seen in over 6 months or have recently completed your initial care plan. An adjustment is included in this visit. Please allow 20 minutes for this service. $82

Packages and Policies

Please know that we do not bill any insurance in our office. Because of this, we have the following payment options:

  • Pay per visit- from our services menu with prices more affordable than most deductibles.

    Wellness Family Visit —$100

    $100 per visit, available to family members who have completed an initial exam. This covers up to 5 family members -$25 for each additional family member.

    Packages

  • 6 visits—$250 (10% savings)

    12 visits—$450 (15% savings)

    *These packages do not expire and can be shared among family members.

    Pregnancy —$800

    20 visits, Plus a reassessment postpartum. Recommended twice a month during the first and second trimesters, and weekly during the third trimester. A reassessment is encouraged after your delivery and is included in this price.

    3rd Trimester—$480

    Typically 12 visits, unless more frequent visits are recommended by Dr. Ashley

    Self-submission

  • We can provide you with a detailed receipt to self-submit for direct reimbursement. Contact your insurance carrier for submission and benefit details for an out-of-network provider.

We do our best to offer quality care to your family at reasonable prices. We do not want financial hardship to be why you forgo chiropractic care. We have set up a nonprofit to assist those who qualify for participation. Please contact the office for more information.
