Required if you have not been seen in over 6 months or have recently completed your initial care plan. An adjustment is included in this visit. Please allow 20 minutes for this service. $80

Packages and Policies

Please know that we do not bill any insurance in our office. Because of this, we have the following payment options:

  • Wellness Family Visit —$135

    $125 per visit, available to family members who have completed an initial exam. This includes two parents and all children under 18 years of age.

    Acute care for 1 person - $250/mo

    This plan is ideal for anyone looking to manage symptoms effectively. Typical patients who would benefit from this plan: pregnant women, infants struggling with feeding, sleeping, or elimination issues, children with retained primitive reflexes, or adults dealing with back pain. Care plans are based on Doctor´s recommendations but typically include 2-3 visits/week.

    12 visits—$560

    These visits do not expire and can be shared among family members.

    Wellness care plans

    These plans are designed for those who want to experience the full benefits of chiropractic care by maintaining optimal nervous system function. Those on this plan aren’t dealing with symptoms but choose to stay proactive, ensuring their nervous system remains free from interference through weekly visits. Care plans are based on Doctor´s recommendations.

    Wellness care for 1 person - $175/mo

    Wellness care for the family - $275/mo

    Self-submission

  • We can provide you with a detailed receipt to self-submit for direct reimbursement. Please contact your insurance carrier for submission and benefit details for an out-of-network provider.

We do our best to offer quality care to your family at reasonable prices. We do not want financial hardship to be why you forgo chiropractic care. We have set up a nonprofit to assist those who qualify for participation. Please contact the office for more information.
